Optimized multi-stop routes
When a buyer wins several auctions on different farms, Farmstock automatically batches them into one delivery. We pre-compute the shortest pickup sequence so you bid on a real route, not a guess.
Secure payouts
The buyer/customer prepays the full invoice into the Farmstock security account before you start driving. Funds are released to your account the moment the buyer confirms receipt - no chasing invoices, no payment risk.
Fair, predictable platform fee
A flat 2.5% platform fee on the carrier price (excl. VAT). Nothing else. No subscription, no listing fee, no per-bid charge.
How it works for carriers
Onboarding takes ten minutes. After that, every relevant request lands directly in your dashboard.

1. Register & verify your fleet
Create a logistics-provider account with your company details, VAT number and a few photos of your fleet. Verify your identity with eID. Our team reviews and activates the account, usually within one working day.

2. Browse open requests
Each request shows pickup pins, the final delivery pin, total animal count, total weight and a pre-calculated shortest-path distance. You see everything you need to price the job accurately.

3. Submit your bid
Enter your price excluding VAT and the earliest date you can deliver. The buyer reviews all bids and picks the offer that suits them best.

4. Drive, deliver, get paid
Once the buyer/customer accepts the offer, they pay the full invoice (your bid + VAT) into the Farmstock security account. Deliver, the buyer confirms receipt, and Farmstock automatically releases your payout minus the 2.5% platform fee.
For buyers
After winning one or several auctions, open the Logistics tab in your dashboard, select the auctions you want delivered together, and submit a single request. Carriers compete for your route - you choose the price, the date, and the carrier you trust.
Platform fee: a flat 2.5% deducted from the carrier's price (excl. VAT) at payout. VAT is calculated separately based on the buyer's and carrier's VAT status.
