The Lithuanian Heavy Breed is a local type of heavy work horse, developed in Lithuania by crossing local Samogitian horses with Ardennes horses. A uniform group—all ten are colts of the same breed, up to two years old, raised on the same farm under identical conditions. This group is significantly younger and lighter than the second lot (two auctions combined), making it suitable for buyers seeking animals for further breeding or fattening. Documents.
