   Reserve price & confirmation. If the seller's reserve price is not reached, the seller has the right, within 24 hours after the auction ends, to accept or reject the highest bid or make a counter-offer. If the reserve price is reached or exceeded, the highest bid is automatically accepted and the seller is legally obliged to complete the transaction with the auction winner. If a bid is placed in the final minutes of the auction, the end time may be automatically extended to ensure fair bidding.

   Data accuracy. The seller is fully responsible for ensuring that the actual weight, age, breed and health status of the animals correspond to what is stated.

   Veterinary compliance. The seller warrants that the animals are healthy, fit for transport and have no active medicine withdrawal period.

   Commission payment. After the auction is approved, the buyer must pay the platform commission within 1 business day in accordance with the Price List.

   Direct settlement. Settlement for the animals takes place directly between the buyer and the seller, who agree separately on payment terms and conditions. FARMSTOCK, as an intermediary, assumes no responsibility for the execution of direct settlements.

   Collection, transfer of risk and documents. The buyer and seller independently agree on transport details and the procedure for fixing weight or the number of animals. The winner must collect the animals within 10 calendar days after the auction ends. Ownership and the risk relating to the animal pass to the buyer at the moment the animal crosses the loading ramp of the vehicle. At loading, the seller hands over all required accompanying documents (including animal passports and the veterinarian's attestation); if these are missing, the buyer may refuse to accept the consignment.

   Legal effect and sanctions. Each bid is a legally binding confirmation of purchase. If the auction winner unjustifiably refuses to complete the transaction, the commission already paid is not refunded and the Platform is entitled to claim compensation for the resulting damages. In the event of gross or repeated breaches, the Platform may suspend or block the account in accordance with the Terms of Use (with notice and reason; amounts not in dispute are returned).

   Listing exclusivity. During an active auction, the seller is strictly prohibited from simultaneously listing, advertising or offering the same animal for sale on other platforms, classified ad portals or social media groups. In the event of a breach, FARMSTOCK is entitled to cancel the auction, block the seller's account in accordance with the Terms of Use and impose a contractual penalty of EUR 100, as well as claim compensation for the resulting damages.
