A uniform, well-balanced group—a solid foundation for a new beef cattle herd or for supplementing an existing herd with high-quality breeding stock. !!The buyer chooses the condition in which to receive the group!! Two of the five heifers have already been bred to a high-quality Finnish sire. The sire has been tested and certified, has a high calving index, and is particularly well-suited for heifers—which means a lower risk of complications during first calving. The remaining three heifers have not yet been bred, but at the buyer’s request, the farm can breed them prior to the transaction. Pregnancy has not yet been confirmed by a veterinarian. The farm can also perform this confirmation prior to the transaction at the buyer’s request. Thus, the buyer may purchase the group “as is” or agree to have pregnancy confirmed and all five heifers bred—both options are possible and must be agreed upon with the seller before the auction ends.
