   Legal effect. Each bid is a legally binding confirmation of purchase. Upon winning, the buyer incurs an immediate financial obligation to the platform.

   FARMSTOCK Guarantee (Escrow). Within 1 business day after winning, the buyer pays 100% of the projected transaction amount into the FARMSTOCK security account. The funds are deposited as security for the performance of obligations and are paid out to the seller only after mutual confirmation of the handover of the animals.

   Settlement accuracy. The final settlement amount is calculated based on the actual weight or number of animals at the time of loading. If the actual amount is lower than the amount deposited, FARMSTOCK immediately refunds the difference to the buyer; if higher, the buyer pays the difference before the handover of the animals.

   Collection period. The buyer must arrange collection of the animals no later than 10 calendar days after the auction ends, unless the parties agree otherwise.

   Sanctions for non-performance. If the animals are not collected on time or the buyer unjustifiably refuses the transaction after winning, the security deposit (or part of it) may be retained as compensation to the sellers for downtime and feeding. In the event of gross or repeated breaches, the account may be suspended or blocked in accordance with the Terms of Use (with notice and reason; amounts not in dispute are returned).

   Quality guarantee. The buyer has the right to refuse a specific animal at the time of loading if hidden defects or a material non-conformity with the description are discovered.

   Origin of data and veterinary compliance. All information about the animals included in the LOTE is based on the data submitted by the sellers (holdings). FARMSTOCK carries out a documentary/data check but has not physically inspected the animals. The sellers are responsible for the accuracy of the data and for the health, fitness for transport and observance of medicine withdrawal periods of the animals.

   Weighing standards. Weighing takes place at the time of loading on certified scales. The buyer has the right to participate in the weighing process in person or remotely. If scales are not provided at the time of loading, the weight confirmed in the auction application is used.

   Logistics coordination and documents. After receipt of the 100% payment, the buyer is given the exact holding addresses and contact information for logistics coordination. At loading, the animals' accompanying documents (including animal passports and the veterinarian's attestation) are handed over.

10. 10

    Listing exclusivity. During an active LOTE auction, the seller is strictly prohibited from simultaneously listing, advertising or offering the animals included in the LOTE for sale on any other platforms, classified ad portals or social media groups. In the event of a breach, FARMSTOCK is entitled to remove the animal from the LOTE, block the seller's account in accordance with the Terms of Use and claim compensation (including for damages caused to other LOTE participants).

This is a summary of the key terms. FARMSTOCK (SIA "Hunter") acts as the counterparty to the buyer (merchant of record) and issues an invoice with VAT. The transaction is fully governed by the Terms of Use.
